Marketing responsibilities :
Setting up the marketing global plan in line with the corporate strategy and compliance with associated budgets.
Marketing governance and definition of the company offers with the departments managers.
Company branding responsibility through various channels (brochures, magazines, direct mail, website, social networks: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+).
Competitive intelligence, digital traffic analysis (SEO, SEA, SMO) and conduct of customer satisfaction surveys.
Promotional events management: planning, organization, implementation, follow up, budget. Administrative aspects of guest management and onsite hospitality management (professional’s fairs and 6 seminars per year).
Development of digital marketing communications (web, email, social, video) in collaboration with the interne digital teams or with the help of specialized agencies.
Management of promotional items: goodies, greeting cards, end year gifts.
Collaboration with the sales team in the development and execution of marketing strategy
Internal communication and coordination with the sales team:
Administration, training, and optimization of the CRM tool (Microsoft Dynamics Online), analysis of sales performances.
Realization of communication materials to support the business : offers, use case, PPT presentations.
Reviewing of commercial documents to ensure brand compliance and global consistency
Managing communications: creation and publication of emailing and newsletter.
Managing and follow up of strategic partners and sponsors relationship.
Internal events management : plenary meetings, corporate anniversaries, corporate travels, Christmas party.
Management of company interns and junior technical resources.
